The €250,000 ASD Home Payment Cyprus campaign gives members the opportunity to choose their own property in Cyprus and use ASD’s payment toward it.
Instead of being limited to one specific apartment, house, or development, the eligible member can select a property from a verified developer in Cyprus. Once the campaign becomes ready to claim, the first eligible member who clicks the Claim button will have the opportunity to buy this campaign at the final set price.
ASD will then pay up to €250,000 directly to the approved property developer toward the selected property. The amount may be used as a down payment, part payment, or full payment, depending on the value of the chosen property and the agreement with the developer.
This campaign does not provide cash to the member. The payment is made only toward a property purchase with a verified developer in Cyprus. Any remaining property balance, VAT, taxes, legal fees, transfer fees, mortgage costs, and other purchase-related expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
